FIXED: Centers are able to edit menus for a month after the claim for that claim month has been submitted. This issue affected KidKare only.

UPDATED: We have updated the look and feel for KidKare Accounting. This includes updated colors, table styles, page navigation, and so on. We have divided the Add Invoice section into clear sections for a cleaner look and feel.

UPDATED: We have added the Year-End Tax Summary report to KidKare. Users can access this report from the Finance category on the Reports page. Note that you must have the Financial Reports permission enabled on your account to access this report. See Year-End Tax Summary Report for more information.
UPDATED: We have added the following setting to the Center Settings: Do you want to record actual quantities served after meal service? When this slider is set to Yes, your center staff must record actual quantities served on the Daily Menu page, and actual quantities will be included on the Menu Production Record. Also, you can determine whether insufficient quantities are ignored, warned, or disallowed when processing claims. It defaults to the existing actual quantities setting for your account. For more information, see Update Center Settings.
UPDATED: We have added the following setting to the Center Settings: Do you want to ignore, warn, or disallow for milk shortages when processing claims? This setting allows center admins to determine how milk shortages are handled when processing claims. It defaults to the existing settings for milk shortages for your account. For more information, see Update Center Settings.
UPDATED: We have added a setting to the Center Settings: Would you like to require center staff to certify the accuracy of attendance when saving Attendance & Meal Counts in KidKare? When this setting is set to Yes, center staff must agree to the certification statement and log the name and date/time of the latest certification for the day and classroom on the Weekly Attendance + Meal Count report. This setting defaults to No. For more information, see Require Attendance Certification and Record Attendance & Meal Counts.
FIXED: Some independent centers are unable to log in after they reactivate a cancelled subscription.
FIXED: Only the center admin should be able to see and modify the Would you like to be able to record child temperature settings at checking setting?, as this setting is dependent upon check-in times being enabled and that setting is only available to center admins.

FIXED: KidKare was not respecting the sponsor settings for policy D.17 (Un-require certain fields) and policy D.17b (Apply un-require to centers) for child enrollment.

FIXED: The SNAP/TANF validation check setting in eForms Settings is missing a Spanish translation.
FIXED: Meal tags (B, L, P, etc) do not display for children marked in attendance on the Attendance & Meal Counts page.
UPDATED: We have added a setting to the Center Settings: Do you want to record daily in/out times for children? If you set this to Yes, your staff will record in/out times during check-in, as is the current policy. If you set this to No, in/out times will not be recorded. Note that if you set this to No, you cannot record child temperatures during check-in. For more information about center settings, see Update Center Settings.
UPDATED: We have moved the Labor Tally Sheet and Blank Labor Tally Worksheet to KidKare for all center users. You can access this report from the Finance category on the Reports page, provided you have appropriate permissions. For more information, see Labor Tally Sheet and Blank Labor Tally Worksheet.
UPDATED: We have removed bolding for menu items on the Schedule Menus calendar. All meal names will now print in regular, non-bold font.
