Follow the instructions below to cancel your KidKare subscription. We hope to see you back again soon!
Required Permissions: You must have the Site Details permission enabled on your account to edit subscription information.
- From the menu to the left, click Administration.
- Click Site Details.
- Click the Subscription tab. If you are on Single Page view, click Edit in the Subscription Details section.
- Click Modify Subscription.
- Select the module to cancel.
- Click Confirm Changes.
Notes: KidKare Food Program subscriptions require a 12-month commitment. Your subscription will continue until the end of the subscription period. Cancelling your subscription will prevent it from renewing at the end of the subscription period. If you are signed up for the free trial and you do not wish to continue after your trial is up, you must cancel your subscription to avoid being charged. You will then have access to your account until the last day of your subscription. Click here for pricing information.
